This boutique multi-family project, just steps from the Colorado Mesa University campus, brings a fresh contemporary presence to an evolving Grand Junction neighborhood. Replacing an aging single-family home, the six-unit development reimagines the site as a refined urban residence rooted in simplicity, light, and connection.

Designed as a modern infill project, the building pairs clean architectural lines with warm material textures, expansive glazing, and layered screening elements that shift with light and shadow throughout the day. Native-inspired landscaping softens the edges of the structure, creating a calm desert streetscape that feels both grounded and inviting.

Inside, a mix of two and three-bedroom residences offers compact, thoughtfully designed living for students, professionals, and residents seeking a more walkable lifestyle near campus, transit, and neighborhood amenities. Modest in scale yet expressive in character, the project reflects a belief that even small urban sites can create meaningful architectural moments.
